The BIBO Foundation is proud to welcome in the new class of amazing and trailblazing women for 2025! For over 10 years, BIBO has recognized and honored exceptional women in various fields and industries who have a history of giving back to others. We continue that tradition this year by planning to honor six women to the list of over 100 women we’ve honored over the years that truly embody REAL beauty inside and out! 

We are extremely excited to also, this year, honor the second class of exceptional young women who, despite their challenged financial backgrounds, are already showing promise and excellence in academics and entrepreneurship. The McKnight Scholarship and McKnight Grant recipients will receive a monetary award as well as resources to help them as they embark on a collegiate career or they pursue their entrepreneurial dreams!

2025 Nominations Are Now OPEN!

If you know a woman who should be recognized as a BIBO Award  honoree this year and/or a young woman who has worked hard to gain her academic or entrepreneurial success, please fill out the information below. We would LOVE to hear about them!

NOTE:  The 2025 BIBO Awards will be held in Fall 2025. Details are forthcoming!

Criteria for 2025 BIBO Award Honoree

1. Must have a track record of success in her given field for at least 5 years
2. Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required)
3. Must be over the age of 25 years old  (EXCEPTION: A special category, BIBO Starlet Award, is given to young ladies between the ages of 15 – 25 who have shown exceptional talent and/or exceptional work in giving back to the community.)
4. Those submitting nominations (Referrers) will need to provide a written essay of at least 500 words or a 2-3 minute video detailing why this particular person should be considered for an award. Also, contact information (for referrer and nominee) will be needed to contact those nominees that are selected.

NOTE: Chosen honorees, over the age of 65, will automatically be given a Legacy Award for their many years of success and service to others. 

Criteria for 2025 McKnight Scholarship

1. Must be between the ages of 17-25  years old 
2. Must have a high school GPA of at least 4.0 or a college GPA of at least 3.2 (transcript required)
3. Must have a track record of participation in extracurricular activities (proof required)
4. Must have a history of helping others in the community (proof required)
5. Must provide proof of financial need
6. Must provide a written essay of at least 1000 words or a 2-3 minute video detailing why she  should be considered for an award. Also, contact information (for referrer and nominee) will be needed to contact those nominees that are selected.

Criteria for 2025 McKnight Grant

1. Must be between the ages of 21-30  years old 
2. Must provide proof of established business (Articles of Incorporation, EIN, business license, website)
3. Must provide proof of financial need
4. Must provide a written essay of at least 1000 words or a 2-3 minute video detailing why she  should be considered for an award. Also, contact information (for referrer and nominee) will be needed to contact those nominees that are selected.
