Traci S. Campbell – Founder, BIBO Foundation, CEO of BeSpire TV
Traci S. Campbell is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, executive producer, Information Technology consultant, CEO of BIBO Worldwide, LLC and founder of two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, the C.H.A.M.P. Community Project and The BIBO Foundation. Hailing from her native Baltimore, Maryland, she is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She has worked with several corporate and academic clients in various cities and Silicon Valley including IBM, McDonald’s, JP Morgan Chase, US Bank, Sears, CSX Railroad, Northwestern University, and University of Chicago. With over 12 years in podcasting and radio, she has hosted several programs that aim to educate, inform, and entertain! As CEO of BeSpire TV, LLC , she and her team help clients with streaming, radio, podcast and streaming media exposure via the well-received BIBO Today and Winners Circle web series and the entertaining AM/FM radio and podcast show, The B Zone w/ Traci S. Campbell. Traci is a dynamic talent, host, and executive producer. She conducts celebrity interviews, highlights people helping communities throughout the US, and panel discussions that address a myriad of topics affecting teens and families including relationships, political, social, health, wellness, and business topics that especially affect women.
As founder of The BIBO Foundation www.thebibofoundation.org, Traci and team produce the annual BIBO (Beauty In / Beauty Out) Awards which recognizes dynamic women demonstrating leadership in their communities and celebrates “real role models.” The foundation has launched the new McKnight Scholarship program to provide monetary help and resources to exceptional, yet financially disadvantaged young women under the age of 30. The BIBO Foundation educates and mentors budding female leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds via their S.H.Y.NE. Mentorship program.
Dominique Banks – Educator, Civic Community Advocate
As an educator with over 12 years of experience, Dominique is deeply committed to empowering young minds and fostering inclusive educational spaces. A proud alumni of DePaul University, she brings a wealth of knowledge in education, youth development, and community engagement to her work with the BIBO Foundation. Her background as an educator and civic agent drives her passion for supporting young girls and advocating for equitable access to essential resources and tools.
With her extensive experience in education and dedication to civic responsibility, Dominique strengthens our board’s vision and governance. Her insight into community needs, coupled with her strategic mindset, supports our mission to expand our programs and deepen our impact. The BIBO Foundation believes in creating sustainable change and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of girls to become confident leaders in their own right.
As a Black woman in leadership, Ms. Banks represents the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equity in both education and nonprofit work. She is devoted to fostering opportunities for young girls to grow and succeed, and her role on our board reflects her dedication to building a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
Bill C. Collingbourne – Financial Advisor
A certified financial advisor with Edward Jones, Bill is passionate about helping others realize their financial dreams.
After serving over 7 years in the financial industry, he transitioned to Edward Jones to leverage the advanced technology and experienced personnel Edward Jones provides their advisors.
When not in the office, Bill enjoy spending time with my daughters, Grace and Claire. They enjoy music, movies and dining at our favorite restaurants. Bill is also a very active member in his community helping people in need through his participation in various philanthropic endeavors.
Danielle Petty – Founder, L.T. Consultants, LLC
Danielle Petty, is the founder of L.T. Consultants, LLC. Danielle is a thriving business owner and brand management consultant located on Chicago’s South Side. Her consulting journey began in 2005 as a sole proprietor, after she decided to leave the corporate world behind and help clients in various locations, including Illinois, Nevada, Georgia, and Northwest Indiana. In 2021,
L.T. Consultants gained MBE/WBE/BEP minority certifications from the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois. Danielle is also the HR & Marketing Manager for Pinpoint Precision Engineering, a dominant small business in the A&E industry.
She’s passionate about supporting small business growth and is a Board Member of SBAC EMPOWER, a 50l(c)(3) NFP, and a Board of Directors member of SBAC (Small Business Advocacy Council). Additionally, Danielle is a strong advocate for youth-led advocacy in education and entrepreneurship and was recently appointed as a 2024 Board Member of the BIBO Foundation of Illinois. Needless to say, this ambitious entrepreneur is not only a business owner but also a community advocate.

Melody Mueller- Realtor, Compass Realty
Melody is a licensed Real Estate Broker with Compass Realty. She specializes in Commercial and Residential properties. Melody is a Listing Agent, Buyers Agent. Melody loves to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams. When she learns what is most important to her clients, she keeps her focus on key details to ensure she will help them find the ideal property. When selling a property she prices it right based on fair market value. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their families while working with them as it is just as important to build the relationships as it is about seeing a transaction to close. Melody’s goal is to work with strong communication skills with her clients by offering her solution oriented mindset and creative business techniques from the beginning to the end of the transaction.
Melody lends her time and talents to various charities and community based initiatives including, but not limited to: Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors -NICAR Board of Directors (current), Women of Compass Board of Directors, NW Suburban Chair (current), Hope Center – Sponsorship Committee Member (1/2024-current).
Sophia Ruffalo – Attorney & Co-Founder, femmebought
Sophia Ruffolo co-founded femmebought, a social impact business community and strategy hub for women entrepreneurs. What’s Sophia’s secret sauce? She’s a master connector, advocate, and champion who supports women business owners.
Sophia also serves as general counsel of the Zell Family Office (ZFO), focusing on fiduciary and legal matters, wealth management, trust, investment, and estate planning. ZFO is a family-focused office that manages the Zell family’s financial capital and supports its learning and human capital development.
Rebecca Wallenfelsz -Attorney & Co-Founder, femmebought
Rebecca Wallenfelsz was an immediate supporter and initial board member of femmebought and currently serves as its CEO. She’s also a full time attorney, serving as practice group leader of the Trust & Estate Group at Chapman and Cutler LLP, where she also co-Chairs the Women’s Business Resource Group and is the Pro Bono Partner. She believes passionately that service to others is where we find our deepest connections and create community.
